Superbowl XIII Bash is POSTPONED!
As the predicted storm moves closer and the inevitable freezing temperatures are dropping, we have decided to postpone the Superbowl XIII Bash until Dec. 6 In the beginning of the season we had committed to not playing the weekend before or after Thanksgiving, since the kids are out of school.
The additional time will allow teams to have extra practices and we anticipate some really great matchups.

Superbowl XIII Tournament Bash will be on Sunday, December 6. As we completed the regular season, we determined the final standings and the seeding for the tournament. Each game played Sunday will have Superbowl implications, if u win u will continue on and we will crown 4 Superbowl champions on that day.
At the conclusion of your game, the coaches will need to come to the snack stand to see who u will play next. If u did not win your game, your coach or a rep for the team, will go to the snack stand area to pick up the Blackjack pizzas. Special thanks to Blackjack Pizza, lead sponsors . Each team will get enough pizza for the players and families. We then ask everyone to go and watch a game, pick your favorite team and enjoy your Blackjack pizza.
There will be a Superbowl raffle on Sunday, tickets will be on sale at the checkin table at the snack stand. We will raffle off over $2000 dollars worth of prizes from our local merchants. They include dinners for four, gift certificates to spas, car washes, grocery stores...
this is to off set the cost of the pizza and Superbowl XIII Bash. Please get your raffle tickets, there are lots of great prizes and u will not need to be present to win, we will deliver the prize to u. If u are there for the drawing it is a lot of fun, the drawing will be in between the four championship games.
If u have a business or work for one that would like to be a sponsored at the Superbowl XIII Bash, please let me know. We are expecting 1800 people from the Longmont area. Items for the raffle are greatly appreciated and they will be recognized on our web site as a sponsor.
One final note. All players will receive a Certificate of Excellence, only the two teams that are in the championship game will receive a medal or trophy. If your team decides to order trophies, u can order on line at

PARKING PROBLEMS!
RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
We have been informed that the parking situation is becoming a problem. I know that parking is limited, however there are rules regarding the surronding area.
1. There is absolutely no parking permitted in the alley to the west of the fields, or other alleys.
2. There is no parking 30 feet from a stop sign.
3. There is no parking 20 feet from a cross walk.
One more: No parking within 5 feet of a driveway-I don't make the rules!
U WILL BE TICKETED, as some of u may already know.
We will be unable to complete the season at Longs Peak if complaints arise.
We Sport U! prides itself on being a respectful league, this would include but not limited to neighbors around us. Please respect their property, and understand it is their back yard, rather than respond bitterly, please invite them to watch a game.
