2017 Springfield JR DAWGS FOOTBALL 

  2017 Jr Dawgs 

The Annual Springfield Jr Dawgs Dinner will be on Dec 8th Friday at the Grand Centurion in Clark from 6:30pm to 10pm. 

This is a fantastic night for everyone to come together within our organization to recognize all the players. A night for families to get together and have a great time and meal together. 

You must purchase your reservation NO LATER THAN 11/30. 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE BELOW POINTS:

·         THERE WILL BE NO MONEY TAKEN AT THE DOOR THE DAY OF THE DINNER

·          IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED IN. 

·         THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE

·         PLEASE ABIDE BY THE RULES

·         PLAYERS ARE FREE

·         PARENTS AND SIBLINGS (13 & Over) ARE $35 PER PERSON

·         PLAYERS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY 1 ADULT 

Concussion Testing- Take Free online concussion testing for everyon in the program

We are asking that every player take the free Baseline concussion test offered through Atlantic Health Care. This will not prevent concussions but it will help the doctors diagnose and treat the concussion
