NEW TIE-BREAKING RULES FOR LCLYF (3rd-6th)

NEW TIE-BREAKING SYSTEM FOR 2012:
We are going to try the point system this year for a tie-breaker. I'm probably insane for trying it but it will make coaches substitute your players on defense as well as offense becasue the points allowed no longer enter into the tie-breaker equation.
The system will work like this:
Level I points: 5 points for every game a team wins.
Level II points: 1 point for every game that your opponents win.
Level III points: .5 points for every win that your opponents opponents win.
That said it also gives us as a board the right to deduct point(s) from any team if that coach is in violation of the 10-play rule. So it should serve two purposes, both in favor of the kids getting to play which is the most important thing.
