Nottingham Babe Ruth League



Happy New Year to all the players, coaches, parents and volunteers who make NOTTINGHAM BABE RUTH the finest Babe Ruth program in New Jersey.   New in-person registration dates are set. (See Below)

Please note that our hitting and pitching clinics start this THURSDAY evening, January 11. There are still a few openings. The cost is $60 for 6 one hour sessions.
Pitching will begin at 7PM in the Nottingham Little League small cage. Your instructor will be former NBR player and current Nottingham HS assistant coach and American Legion manager MICHAEL PETROWSKI.
Hitting will be at 8PM under the direction of former NBR player and Rider U assistant coach and current American Legion manager MATT MAHER.  


2018 Registration Information

Online registrations are up and running.

The next 2 in-person registrations will be held on Thursday 1/11/2018 from 7-8pm and Sunday 1/14/2018 from 10 am-noon.  These will be held in the Large Batting Cage at Nottingham Little League. There are still openings for hitting and pitching clinics. Clinics begin 1/11/2018. Try the convenience of on-line registration. You can also download a registration form and mail it to NBR, PO Box 3179, Hamilton, NJ 08619.

Online registration is open 24/7.  The early registration discount has been extended.All registrations received prior to 1/15/18 will be discounted.

Executive Board Positions Available

As the new league year begins, several Executive Board positions are now available for interested and dedicated league members:

League Secretary -

  • attend all Executive Board meetings and record minutes;
  • maintain league records;
  • any other projects as requested by the League President.

Field Maintenance (2 openings) -

  • supervise and assign duties to field/cleanup crews on weekend mornings during the regular season;
  • supervise and assist field crews during summer All-Star tournaments.

Concession Stand Coordinator (1 or 2 needed) -

  • buyer for supplies to stock concession stand during regular season and All-Star tournaments;
  • open stand and perform initial set-up on most game days;
  • supervise/advise parents working in stand at the beginning of their shifts.

Chief Fundraiser -

  • coordinate fundraising for special events;
  • develop and implement new fundraising opportunities within NBRL guidelines.

Executive Board meetings are held on a monthly basis, usually on Sunday evenings at the NLL clubhouse.
