We are proud to announce that this is our 33rd season. Oswego Youth Tackle Football & Cheer was founded back in 1979. We are a strong sustainable youth program that continues to grow and has an over abundance of pride.
The OYTF Board would like to thank each and every one of our OYTF families for their commitment, and dedication to the program, thank you! The Board would also like to thank all the parents and/or families whom either, coach, volunteer, and have help out, Thank You!
The Oswego Youth Tackle Football & Cheer Organization will also now be known as the “Oswego Panthers & Wolves.”

Equipment Handout and Cheer Uniform Sizing
We will not only be handing out equipment and sizing cheerleading uniforms, we will also have:
* Food
* Music
* Spirit Wear
* Tickets For our Kickoff Party will be available too
*We’ll have vendors for all your football and cheerleading needs that offer HUGE discount $$ pricing!
New Protocol this year
Absolutely NO Equipment will be handed out before 10:00 am!
FOOTBALL SPECIFIC: Equipment will be handed out per the following scheduled Time:
*10:00 to 11:30 Super Light Divisions only
*11:30 to 1:00 Light Weight Divisions only
*1:00 to 2:30 Junior Varsity Divisions only
*2:20 to 4:00 Varsity Divisions only
Please take note, families that have participants on different levels/Division may choose either level/Divisions time schedule.
CHEER SPECIFIC:
Dear White, Silver, Blue and Orange Cheer Families,
Cheer Sizing will be held on MAY 19th out at our Grande Park Fields. We will have a Cheer tent set up for the event. Your daughter will be sizing for warm-ups, uniforms, etc. This will be our only sizing date this season for cheer. If you are unable to make it, please contact your Cheer Commissioner via email or phone to submit sizes over phone. Please look for another email by May 10th to print out your order form to bring to our sizing.
CHEER TEAM SCHEDULE ONLY:
WHITE TEAMS 10am -11:30am
SILVER TEAMS 11:30-1pm
ORANGE TEAM 1pm-2:30 pm
BLUE TEAM 2:30-4pm

*ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO BE ABLE TO COLLECT YOUR EQUIPMENT! NO EXCEPTIONS!

2012 SEASON - ONLINE COACHES APPLICATIONS FOR FOOTBALL & CHEERLEADING
All Football and Cheerleading Coaches MUST submit a 2012 Coach Application. You can now fill out your Coaches Application online. Just Click On the Link Below, or under the MENU section, Click On "ONLINE FORMS.” Please select either the "Football Coach Application" or "Cheerleading Coach Application.” Please retain a copy for your records. Once submitted, the President, Vice President and either your Football Commissioners or Cheerleading Commissioners will receive a copy, depending on which application is submitted.
Please Note:
ALL Coaches MUST attend all Oswego Youth Tackle Football and Cheer Mandatory Meetings/Training to be eligible to coach for the upcoming season.
All Coaches MUST sign and follow Oswego Youth Tackle Football and Cheer’s Coaches Code of Conduct.
ALL Coaches Must follow all the rules and regulations set forth by IHSA, Tri-County Youth League and Oswego Youth Tackle Football.
All coaches are submitted and approved by the Oswego Youth Tackle Football Board.

2011 Family Volunteer Refunds
OYTF would like to thank all the parents that volunteered for the 2011 season. Without your help and participation, we (the OYTF family) would not be able to have such a wonderful and successful program for our community and all our participants. It’s truly because of you that our children will succeed tomorrow. We look forward to seeing you again this season.
If you qualify, all Volunteer Refunds will be issued at our “Returning Participant Weigh In” night held at Oswego High School on February 7th and 9th.

OPEN BOARD POSITIONS
We are looking for dedicated individual(s) who are interested in volunteering to our youth program. If you're interested please email Tom Zagorski@oytf.org
All interested candidates will need to fill out a Board Member Application. This application can be found under "Online Forms.” This form must be filled out completely to be considered for an Open Board position. This form is submitted online and directly delivered to OYTF. Please do not enter in your Social Security number. The Board will request your Social Security number prior to your application being submitted for review, and/or prior to being accepted as a board member.
