14U MARYLAND CARDINALS
SPRING 2011 TRYOUTS ANNOUNCED
Fresh off a 53 win 13U Season and
Ripken Myrtle Beach Experience CHAMPIONSHIP title,
the Maryland Cardinals will hold the second round
of tryouts for their Spring 2011 14U team on:
Sunday, 9/12 from 10:00 AM-1:00 PM
Tryout Location:
Century High School Baseball Field
355 Ronsdale Road
Sykesville, Maryland
The team's record the past 2 Seasons:
2009 12U: 25-27-1
2010 13U: 53-20-1

* 1st Place Champions Sports At The Beach (SATB) Labor Day Tournament
* 3rd Place in 2010 Baltimore Metro Baseball League
* 2nd Place Runners Up SATB Memorial Day Tournament
* 2nd Place Runners Up Greater Washington 4th of July Tournament
* 2nd Place Runners Up Triple Crown Father's Day Tournament
* Ripken Aberdeen Division winners & Semi-Finalists (twice)

RIPKEN MYRTLE BEACH
"BIG KAHUNA" TOURNAMENT!
The newest Champions
at the Ripken Myrtle Beach Experience
are the 13U Maryland Cardinals!
The Cards won 5-4 in an all-Maryland Championship
game between two Baltimore Metro League teams -
the #1 Seed (Cards) and the #2 Seed
(Lake Shore Gray Sox). In overall tournament
action, the team went 8-0, scoring 88 runs and
allowing 20 during the week long event.
The team ends their 2010 Season
with a 53-20-1 Record!

RUNNERS UP CHAMPS AT
4TH OF JULY TOURNAMENT!
The 13U Maryland Cardinals
celebrated America's 234th Birthday
with a 2ND PLACE WIN
at the Greater Washington "4th of July"
Tournament in Rockville, MD.

RUNNERS UP CHAMPS AT
TRIPLE CROWN TOURNAMENT!
The 13U Maryland Cardinals
marked Father's Day with a 2ND PLACE WIN
at the 6th Annual "Father's Day"
Triple Crown Tournament in Harrisburg, PA.
The team went 4-1 in overall tournament play.

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND
SPORTS AT THE BEACH TOURNEY!
The 13U Maryland Cardinals
celebrated Memorial Day 2010 with a
2ND PLACE WIN (out of 22 teams) at the
"America's Pastime" Tournament in Georgetown, DE.
This marks the second time the Cards have advanced
to the Championship Round of a Sports At The Beach
Tournament in Georgetown, DE.
