OHF Tournament
During the weekend of April 8th to 10th, the Hawks representated the Alliance Hockey League in the Peewee A Ontario Finals in London. The Hawks were in first place after the round robin series with 3 wins and 1 loss. During the round robin series, the Hawks defeated the OMHA Champions, the Cobourg Cougars 4-3, lost to the London Bandits 3-2, trounced the NOHA Champions the Walden Devils 8-1, and downed the GTHL Champions and #1 seeded team in Ontario, the Vaughan Panthers 4-0.
The Hawks faced their nemesis, the London Bandits in the semi-finals but lost 2-1. All of this topped a fantastic season, where the Hawks finished 2nd in regular Alliance league play, were finalists in the Alliance league Championships as well as other regular tournaments played. The Hawks claimed the Guelph Powerplay Championship title this year.

Guelph Powerplay Tournament
Congratulations to the Hawks for winning the Guelph Powerplay Hockey Tournament. The Hawks won 3 out of 4 round robin games to earn a spot in the semi-final against Meadowvale. The semi-final (played at the Sleeman Centre) went into overtime and then a shoot-out and the Hawks came out on top. The Hawks then faced the home team Guelph Jr. Storm in the final and won 4 to 3. Way to go Hawks!
