BAA is an all-volunteer organization. We can offer you and your high school age children opportunities to perform tasks that directly benefit your community. High schoolers can accumulate state-mandated community service hours by doing behind-the-scenes work including data entry, promotion, sponsorship solicitation and field maintenance. The BAA also employs numerous area teenagers as umpires. These are paid positions and do not qualify as volunteer hours. Contact a league official for more information about volunteer opportunities or to learn more about becoming a paid game official.
At the bottom of this page you will find a schedule of games for all of our leagues, including time and location. Come on out and see a game! Individual team schedules, game results and league standings for every league are also posted on the site.
Telephone number and email address can be found on the "Contact Info" page for league officials. Don't hesitate to contact any of them if you have questions or just want to volunteer. Check back often. Let's make sure all the kids have a great season!
Spring 2010 Travel Baseball Tryouts
Tryouts for the Spring 2010 BAA Travel Baseball Teams will be conducted in late October for several BAA travel teams. For more information, click on the travel team (to the left on the menu board) for your age group.
Tryouts for the U12 MCBA Travel Team for the Spring 2010 season will be Saturday November 7th at 2pm at Columbia Park #1. Please bring bat glove and a great attitude!! Spring 2010 Rec Baseball
BAA will be offering spring recreational baseball with the season starting in early April 2010. We will have player registration in late January or early February. This website will be updated as soon as the registration date is set.
