FALL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: will begin on Tuesday October 7th from 3-4pm. Please meet at the weight room. The 4:15pm activity bus will be available. Please see Coach Torresani for a bus pass. Strength and conditioning session will be held every Tuesday and Thursday through February 26th EXCEPT for the following dates: November 4, 27; December 25, 30; January 1.
SKILLS WORKOUTS will be held according to the following schedule (PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MIN PRIOR TO START TIME):
Mondays December 1, 8, 15, 22; January 5, 12, 26; February 2,9, 23: MASS ACTIVITIES GYM AT JUNIOR HS, 7-9pm
Thursdays January 8, 15, 22, 29; February 5, 12, 19 26: MAIN GYM AT JUNIOR HS- 6-7pm
