WINTER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: Strength and conditioning session will be held every Tuesday and Thursday through February 26th EXCEPT for the following dates: December 25, 30; January 1. Please meet at the weight room. The 4:15pm activity bus will be available. Please see Coach Torresani OR Allen for a bus pass.
SKILLS WORKOUTS will be held according to the following schedule (PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MIN PRIOR TO START TIME):
Mondays: JUNIOR HS MASS ACTIVITIES GYM- January 5, 12, 26; February 2,9, 23 (7-9pm)
Thursdays: JUNIOR HS MAIN GYM/SMALL GYM-January 8, 15, 22, 29 (6-8PM); MAIN GYM ONLY- February 5, 12, 19 26 (6-7pm)
