WINTER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: Strength and conditioning session will be held every Tuesday through February 24TH. Please meet at the weight room. The 4:15pm activity bus will be available. Please see Coach Torresani OR Allen for a bus pass. THURSDAY WEIGHT TRAINING WILL NO LONGER BE AFTER SCHOOL. IT WILL BE HELD AT THE JRHS AS PART OF THE THURSDAY NIGHT WORKOUT BEGINNING JANUARY 29TH!
SKILLS WORKOUTS will be held according to the following schedule (PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MIN PRIOR TO START TIME):
Mondays: JUNIOR HS MASS ACTIVITIES GYM- February 2,9, 23 (7-9pm)
Thursdays: JUNIOR HS MAIN GYM/SMALL GYM-January 29 (6-8PM); MAIN GYM ONLY- February 5, 12, 19, 26 (6-7pm) followed by weight training from 7-8pm.
Fridays: HTTING IN INDOOR CAGE- February 6, 13, 20, 27 (3:00-4:30pm). Due to space limitations, hitting times will be assigned to select players
