Procedure for Early & Friday Check in
Evergreen Rec Center
Early check in for local teams will be held Thursday by appointment only. It will be held at Evergreen Rec Center (click on the directions/venue link for mapquest directions). Appointment will have to be done through email. It will run from 6 to 9. Please make sure that all of your paperwork is in order. Have the players in the order requested in the packet to allow the process to run smoothly. All players must be present to be checked in.
Fridays check in for local teams will be from 6 to 9 at Evergreen Rec Center.
Teams outside the Wichita Metro area will check in at the Sleep Inn hotel beginning at 6 to 9. Our staff will have a room on site so please inform the clerk that you are there for the Air Capital Classic. You can use the hotel information link under Headines (located in the upper corner of this website) to guide you for more information on the the hotel.
