AMERICAN FREEDOM (RINEHART) ACCEPTED INTO MAJOR 16u COLLEGE SHOWCASE:
The 16u AMERICAN FREEDOM (Rinehart) has been accepted and participated in the 24-team, invitation only ARIZONA THANKSGIVING SHOOTOUT COLLEGE SHOWCASE held Nov. 14-15, 2009, in Phoenix, Arizona. This inaugural event, hosted by the Arizona Hotshots, featured 24 of the top 16u programs in the country, including the Corona Angels, Lakewood Ladies, Lakewood Firecrackers, California Cruisers, Arizona Hotshots, and Killer Bees. This showcase attracted commitments from more than two dozen of the top college softball programs in the country, including Alabama, Arizona, Arizona State, Baylor, Georgia, Missouri, Texas A&M, and Stanford. This 16u event will become the fall equivalent of the Independence Day Boulder and Colorado Fireworks summer showcases and American Freedom's attendance at this event continues the organization's steady commitment to build a nationally respected college showcase program.

As a Team, AMERICAN FREEDOM (Rinehart), (formerly WICKED Fp [93]) is a 5th year 16U club made up of young ladies who have COMMITTED to softball, conditioning for High School and reaching for the dream of College Ball someday. To prepare, our philosophy is TOTAL TEAM SOFTBALL and a commitment to be "BRILLIANT in the BASICS"; We strive to reinforce the fundamentals, instill discipline, focus and teach the overall game while maintaining a healthy competitive "WE Believe" attitude. As an Organization, We are Committed to a Single Purpose of Placing Our Players in College Softball Programs after Graduation. Our Goal is to Attract Players that We Believe have the Determination, Work Ethic, Talent, and Desire to Become College Softball Players. We Believe that a Competitive Athletic Experience Can Instill a Good Work Ethic, Enhance Social Development, Contribute to Mental and Physical Health, Teach Values of Personal Responsibility, Self-Discipline, Self-Motivation, and Teamwork.
