**SPRING WORKOUT SESSIONS AVAILABLE FOR ARLINGTON POP WARNER FOOTBALL PLAYERS** Athletic Evolution (AE) in conjunction with NIKE SPARTQ Training, is offering a unique speed, agility and conditioning program for youth athletes that are currently involved with the Arlington Pop Warner Football program. The program focuses on three major components of exercise-strength training, speed & agility, & flexibility. The program focuses on getting each athlete quicker, faster, stronger, and better conditioned to continue to improve their athleticism and prepare for next season.
Program Dates: March 22-May 28th (10 wks) or April 5-May 28th (8 wks)
Group 1 (Ages 7-10) -Mondays or Wednesdays from 3:00-4:00pm
Group 2 (Ages 11-12) -Tuesdays from 4:00-5:00pm or T/Thur from 4:00-5:00pm
Group 3 (Ages 13-14)-M/W or W/F from 4:00-5:00pm
Program Costs: One day per week (10 weeks) = $100 per player or (8 weeks) = $80 per player
Two days per week (10 weeks) = $200 per player or (8 weeks) = $ 160 per player
(JUST $10 PER HOUR PER ATHLETE!)

ANNUAL BANQUET - UPDATE: Unfortunately, due to low turnout, the Annual Banquet has been canceled. The 2010 banquet will be held on the Sunday following our last game. The date will be sent out with the season schedule in July. If you have already paid your money for the banquet, it will be returned to you. Most organizations have their banquets in January or February and are seeing the same amount of interest. Please look for up and coming APW events this spring.
