Welcome to the home of the 2007 Cooperstown Baseball World Champions! The Thousand Oaks Bulldogs were started by Manager Roger Kovach in 2003 with the idea to give kids from Thousand Oaks Little League and the local area a team to play on that would play in travel ball tournaments around the area, have fun, and enjoy a travel ball experience without the travel ball stress. The Thousand Oaks Bulldogs play just for the fun of it! We strive to be "feared by most on the field, but loved by all off the field".

For the 2006/2007 season, the Bulldogs competed as a 12U team and compiled a 36-22-1 record, recording runner-up finishes at 2 USSSA events, including the Father's Day Classic, a runner-up finish at the Triple Crown Las Vegas Fall Nationals, and a runner-up finish at the Simi Valley Baseball League End Of Summer Classic, and one championship - for the week of August 4, at Cooperstown Baseball World!

For the 2007/2008 season, the Bulldogs competed in 2 winter ball leagues from September thru November, one at Newbury Park Pony against the Conejo Bisons, Camarillo Dodgers, Newbury Park Coyotes, and one at Simi Valley Baseball League. Then they played in two USSSA tournaments in the 13U Major division, going 2-7 against the Orange County Hawks, the San Gabriel Cobras, and the West Covina Bandits. The Bulldogs also competed in Tucson, Arizona during MLB Spring Training. The Bulldogs came back home and got back to the winner's circle by winning the inaugural Moorpark Spring Break Tournament.

For 2008/2009, the Bulldogs competed in the West Region Pony Platinum League against Ventura Coast Angels, the Westlake Coyotes, Toluca Lake, North Valley, Mid-Valley, Santa Susanna and Northside Oxnard. They also competed in and defended their Moorpark Spring Break tournament championship by defeating the Moorpark Bulls, the 13U Thousand Oaks Bulldogs, the Simi Predators, and the SVBL Reds! And we welcomed Brison Cronenbold, Ricky Sheehan, A.J. Sheehan, Zach Hunt, Paul Lavanne and Eric Greene to the Bulldog family!

For 2010, the Bulldogs played in and won the Simi Valley Baseball League's End of Summer Classic in the 16U division on August 6, 7, & 8. We played in and won the Dare 2 Dream Labor Day Classic tournament in Paso Robles in the 16U division against the Visalia Vipers, Templeton Eagles, and Arroyo Grande Thunder in the finals! And welcome to Ray Lambert, Garrett Serino, Brayden Hubert, and Jake Bernstein to Bulldog Nation!

For 2011, the Bulldogs are gearing up for their last tournament of the year in the 18U division of the Dare 2 Dream Labor Day Classic in Paso Robles. So far this year the Bulldogs competed in the Triple Crown 16U Memorial Day tournament in Temecula, losing in the quarterfinals to the tournament champion Knuckleheads, competed in the 7th Annual ALS Strike Out Lou Gehrig’s Disease tournament 16U in Ventura, losing to tournament champion Dos Pueblos Sluggers in the semifinals, The 18U Summer Classic in Peoria, Arizona, losing in the quarterfinals to Concord De La Salle, won the 16U End of Summer Classic at Simi Valley’s Babe Ruth league, and just finished the So Cal National Team Invitational Series 17U tournament in Lake Elsinore, where we made the championship round but fell to the San Diego GameFace.

For 2012, the Bulldogs are looking to make return appearances to the 18U Summer Classic in Peoria, AZ, the So Cal NTIS in Lake Elsinore, and the Dare2Dream Labor Day Classic in Paso Robles, along with a couple of more tournaments here and there.

So from our family to yours, here's wishing you a great fall! Enjoy our web-site, buy some Bulldog wear, and go see your favorite Bulldog in action, e.g. the Georgia Bulldog, the Gonzaga Bulldog, the Fresno State Bulldog, the Butler Bulldog, the Redlands Bulldog, the Mississippi State Bulldog, the Yale Bulldog, the Citadel Bulldog, the Louisiana Tech Bulldog, or the Thousand Oaks Bulldog.
