BANKERS BASEBALL CLUB “KICKS OFF 2012 SEASON”
The Bankers Baseball Club opened their 24th Season of Summer Baseball on May 19th and May 20th playing Double Headers both days. The Bankers won 3 of the 4 games defeating Honda 8-5 and 4-1 on Saturday. Bankers split the Double Header against Mudville on Sunday defeating Mudville in the morning game 8-7 and losing a heartbreaker in the night cap 3-4. Winning pitchers were Avery Britton, Sean Nelson, and Myles Franklin. Top Hitters for the weekend games were Jake Levin with 6 hits including two doubles and four RBI’s, Griffen Jones 5 hits and Austin Patsy 4 hits.
The Bankers will continue play May 26th in the Art Wright Memorial Tournament. Check our website schedule for game times and locations.
