Congratulations again to our contest winners: Joey Sentipal, Cyle Conley, Ryan Lounder, Evan Pethal and Eric Stiffler for winning the Golden Glove and Home Run Derby contests!! You all deserve your trophy's so enjoy!! Also to Drake Hoberek for winning the Dugas Award and Levi Leuice for winning the Predetto Award! These are very highly regarded awards and you boys are to be commended for your outstanding sportsmanship and play! Congratulations again!
I would also like to say thanks to everyone who helped out in making the picnic happen. The 2010 Board for getting it all done behind the scenes; Deb, Jim and Megan Myers for the concession stand help; Reggie Sell with the trophies and taking the reigns on the grill today; Dave Caldwell for donating his time and expertise for the music and PA system; The Hockenberry's for being so generous with their batting machine; all the ladies who helped with clean up; coaches that helped with the contests; Mike Casey and George Niedzialkia for umpiring the contests and to everyone else who took the time to help out; we truly do appreciate it!! Sorry if I missed anyone but just know we appreciate the help and we couldn't do it without you!
Finally, thanks to everyone for a great 2010 season and we look forward to an awesome year in 2011 for Burgettstown Baseball!!!
