Bays Spirit '00 Quarter Auction

The Baltimore Bays Spirit '00 U10 Soccer club will be hosting a quarter auction on Monday December 7, 2009. The event will be held at the Del Capri on German Hill Road. Doors will open at 5:30pm, dinner served at 6pm and the first auction will begin at 7:30pm. Tickets are $14 and include dinner, two paddles and a lot of fun. Please see any of the Bays Spirit ’00 parents for tickets or you can call Irene Fulton at 443-992-6020 to reserve your seat.

The online system is very easy. Once you click on your link above you will be taking to their website. On the right under "Check rates & availability" put 02/26/2010 as check in and 02/28/2010 as check out dates then click the red check availability button below (Be sure that you leave BBSBBSA in the Group code). On the next screen confirm the room type and the rate of $87/night and click on the red reserve a room. From there you will put in your name, address and CC information and complete your reservation. Total for the two days should be $200.53.
Once you have made your reservation please email me with the confirmation number. I need to report this information to the tournament directors. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card (card is not charged at this time just used to hold the room) as the hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of these methods.
Our group rates are only available until Friday, 2/5/2010, so please be sure to make your arrangements early. Unreserved rooms will be released, and your block will be closed.
