We would like to take this opportunity to welcome all of the newest players to the Bobcat family! I am really looking foward to coaching everyone of you and teaching you the right way to play football that will lead you to future success both on the field and off the field. We will have a new cheer mom this year, Kasey Ellison and Sabrina will be stepping up and helping her this year. All of our 2011 coaches will be returning with the addition of the following coaches to the staff: Coach Ackerson, Coach Morris, Coach T.W. and Coach McDavid!!!! 2012 will be the year of the Bobcat!!!!!

About the New Coach/Letter to the Players

Hello, please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Coach Johnny Hopper and I will be the new Head Football Coach for the Bobcats this season.
2010 was an amazing year for the Bobcats and I am looking to continue the winning tradition in 2011. I coach a smash mouth, aggressive and mean/tough style of football that the kids will enjoy to learn. I do expect alot out of my players and I will push them hard at times, but they will learn because of this.
A little about myself, I was previously the Head Football Coach for the Bearcats Starter Team. I have 1 Starter Bowl Trophey under my belt. I played High School ball locally for Conner High Schools "OG and Middle Linebacker", I was recruited from several D1 schools before a severe knee injury hampered those chances. I have two degrees from Thomas More College and am currently working on my MPA. I am married with a 9 year old son and am currently in the process of adopting a little girl.
