Practice Shall Begin
The calendar has been updated to reflect fall Bear Claw Practice times. All practices in the Fall will be held in the Mat room at Tahoma High School. You must have a USA Card to participate.

Pre-Season Opportunities
There are three upcoming Pre-Season Tournaments. I have listed them below. They are in order of difficulty:
1. Pacific Open - This tournament is in Oregon. It is a good preseason tournament and would be suitable for any of our high school club members.

2. Pre Season Nationals - Middle School and High School
October 31st 2009 - Cedar Falls Iowa
This is a national level tournament. I would suggest having competed in a national level tournament as a prerequisite to going to this tournament.

3. Super 32's - Registration opens on September 12th. Middle School and High School Level. Tournament is held in North Carolina. You should be a high level / national level wrestler if you are interested in attending this tournament.

Three Style Tournament
Many Bear Claw wrestlers found success this past weekend at the three style tournamnet. Gabe Boynay was very impressive at 98 pounds and won all three styles. All results can be found at www.trackwrestling.com
