Our Mission

Belleville Youth Baseball is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to the advancement of amateur baseball and cultivating community pride by providing properly supervised competition and instruction for players 4 through 18 years of age in a safe and enjoyable environment.

 

Registration Information & Forms

If you were unable to make it to registration night, it is not too late to sign your son up for the 2017 summer baseball season.

 

Registration form/fees:

For tee-ball & coach pitch leagues, your registration fee includes your child's entrance into his/her league, a color coordinated team t-shirt (jersey) and a ball to keep.

For kid-pitch leagues, your registration fee includes your child's entrance into his respective league.

Important Information Regarding Concussions

Here is important information regarding concussions.  We encourage every parent to read it and discuss it with your child.

Required Forms Prior to Participation

Every player in the Belleville Youth Baseball program (and/or his parent/guardian) MUST complete and sign the Concussion Acknowledgement Form before he will be allowed to participate.  This includes practice.  A player will not be allowed to practice or play until this form is turned into your coach.  This is a state law - there are no exceptions.
Concussion Acknowledgement Form - both pages of the form must be filled out and signed by the parent and athlete
