Winter Work Outs – Boys 6 sessions 1 ¼ hr long
Girls 1 ¼ hr long held at JFK High School in Bellmore
The sessions will be comprised of hitting, fielding, pitching, strength and agility. The instructors will be former minor league players Ryan Gorecki (Texas Rangers, Long Island Ducks) former first round draft pick Chris Smith (Baltimore Orioles) Steve Frascatore (St Louis Cardinals) Dave Loman (Hofstra University) and Jason Conlisk (Wash Nationals). Each week will consist of fundamentals in pitching, hitting, fielding followed by a 45 minute game.
Softball will include pitching instructors Gina Calabrese (St Johns U.) and Melissa Manno (St Johns U.). Hitting instructor will be Lisa Noe (St Johns U.) and fielding will be Ryan Gorecki.

The Bellmore Little League is changing the way we look and operate. In order to further improve our town's Little League program, we need your help.
