The next BBO board meeting will be 2/11/15 at 6:30pm at the Belmont Elementary School.
Over the past years the BBO organization has received minimal volunteers to barely keep the program running and on November 12, 2014 the Belmont Baseball Organization had their first official meeting to discuss the details of the 2015 season. This year, the BBO Board has decided that all members will be placing their focus more on the baseball program instead of constantly begging for volunteers. With that stated, the concession stand/snack shack will remain closed during the entire 2015 baseball season.
As previously announced - 5 out of the 8 board members will not be returning to assist with the 2016 baseball season, which does not leave a complete board to continue the program. If there are any parents, grandparents, friends, or other family members that would like to get involved now is the time!

Since there are limited volunteers, ALL BBO Board Members will check their emails regularly for baseball related matters.
After any baseball game, a 24 hour period must pass before contacting a coach or assistant coach and contacting such person(s) should be handled initially via EMAIL.
