A true pitcher's dual with the game knotted at 1 - 1 until the top of the 6th. Kyle Moretti drew a walk then his older brother Joe hit a double to right field scoring Kyle for the go ahead run. For Iovinos, Ben Brod pitched 5 great innings and Stephen Spinella pitched the 6th to close things out. Jason Henry pitched 6 solid innings for Bethel Sand & Gravel and there was solid defense & offense for both teams.
Congratulations to both teams and all the coaches for a great game & season.

J.L. Carpentry defeated Capri Pizza tonight 3-0 to win the Majors championship. Matt McGannon tossed a 1-hit complete game and was backed up by some tremendous infield defense. Tyler Vooris, Matt McGannon and Tyler Plumb each scored to account for our 3 runs.
