ALERT SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
In order to better serve you we are now able to send out mass text and emails alerts to everyone in our organization!!! This is for game & practice cancellations, meeting & event reminders and other important information. All parents are required to create a FREE MyLeagueLineup account to validate your phone & email addresses & opt-in to our alert system. The following groups have been set up:

*Bulldog Football * Football Midgets * Football PeeWees * Football Smallfrys* Football Pups
*Bulldog Cheer * Cheer Midgets * Cheer PeeWees * Cheer Smallfrys * Cheer Pups

Every parent will need to "opt-in" to the Bulldog Football alerts if you have a football player and Bulldog Cheer alerts if you have a cheerleader - or both if you have children playing & cheering. This way you are sure to receive a text and/or email regarding important information. Then, also, "opt-in" on the team your child is on. This way if there is something going on with a particular team only, we won't have everyone in the organization receive a text/email, only the parents/families that are needed. see ALERT SETUP INSTRUCTIONS above

If you have not signed up for the alerts, you will be responsible for the information that you missed... If your child is no longer enrolled in our program, you can cancel your alerts by logging into your league lineup account and uncheck the alerts.

If you have bounced a check, you will be receiving a letter in the mail from our Treasurer. Our service charge is $25.00 per bad check. All accounts not settled within 30 days, will be reported.

Pictures of all our merchandise will be posted soon!!! If you are interested in any spirit wear/items, please contact Sonya Comes 298-0798. We have plenty of "Spirit Wear" for the upcoming League Cheer Competition and Bowl Games and the Shriner Bowl!!! Our merchandise would, also, make wonderful Christmas gifts...

Please check your email regularly, as this is the easiest way to get information to all the parents. If any of your information changes during the season, please let your Coach and/or Team Mom know immediately. You will be receiving lots of information during the first few weeks by email, newsletters, etc. Please read through everything carefully so you are up-to-date on what’s going on with your team.
