WEEKLY UPDATES START TODAY!

 

We are proud to announce that starting today we will be doing weekly updates about the club. Be sure to stay tuned for great tips, news and any other important information about the club. We are so proud of the all the boys and girls in our club! 

 

 

SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING SCHEDULE:

 

Tuesday 11/11: U-9 Boys & Girls 6-6:45PM

 

Tuesday 11/11: U-12 Girls 7-8PM

 

Thursday 11/13: U-10 Boys 6-7PM

 

Thursday 11/13: U-13 Boys 7-8PM

 

Thursday 11/13: U-14 Boys 8-9PM

Fluid is most important in order to maximize performance it is essential to stay hydrated. Water is best but, if Sports Drinks are preferred choose a light colored flavors as they are easier to digest. If desired, only consume easily digested foods during the game, these include crackers, grapes, oranges, watermelon etc.
