2008 West Coast Elks SlowPitch Softball World Series
 Santa Ana, CA -Lodge #794 will be hosting the first annual West Coast Elks World SlowPitch Softball World Series.
I have selected SATURDAY, JULY 5th as the date of the tournament. The tournament would be held in BUENA PARK, CA (home of Knotts Berry Farm and minutes away from Disneyland). This date has been chosen primarly because the NATIONAL CONVENTION right after.
All proceeds above and beyond those it costs to run the tournament would go to charity. My initial thought is 50% going to ENF and 50% going to the LODGE CHARITY OF CHOICE of the winning team.
The state of FLORIDA has been doing a tournament like this for years... as I suspect other regions of the nation as well. We're looking to start a tradition here on the West Coast as well. We hope we can have you on board!
