After Great Six Year Run, Rampagers Move On
January 17, 2009
It was a great run - two Waldbaum's Cup championships, three LIJSL Division championships (all three undefeated), and the 2008 State Challenge Cup championship - but it had to end at some point. Rampage players have gone on to play on teams in the ENY Premier League, the Northeast Regional Premier League (NERP), the Westchester YSL, and their various high school teams. Good luck girls and remember that you will always be a Rampager. Special thanks to Harry Triana and the SABA Academy for the excellent training, coaching, and all the attention you gave the girls over the years - they would not be the highly-recruited girls they are today without you!

After Perfect Spring Season, Rampage Jump to LIJSL Div 1!!
July 27, 2008
The overriding goal of all of the 100+ teams that play in the Girls U16 division of the LIJSL is to make it to division one - and the Rampage were no different. When they saw their sister team, the U19 Rockets, move to division 1 last year (and win it), many Rampage began to believe something that coach Harry Triana knew all along - that they too could move up to the 'top ten'. After going 13-0-0 this past spring, winning the State Challenge Cup along the way, the Rampage finally reached their goal and this fall they will take their place with the top eight teams in Long Island (some of the regionally and nationally ranked). Congratulations girls and good luck this fall.
2008 State Challenge Cup Champions!
June 7, 2008
With their brilliant 2-0 win over a tough, athletic, South Merrick team, the Rampage became the first SABA trained team to win the Eastern New York State Challenge Cup. Highlights included goals by Phoebe M. and Sophie Z., as well as a fantastic save on a breakaway 1-1 by goalie Anna S.
Rampage Take Second at Kelme Florida Cup
January 22, 2008
After losing their opener, the Rampage beat a U16 team and a team from Minnesota to qualify for the finals game. The Brooklyn girls played hard, but could not overcome the tough local Naples team in the finals. A great time was had by all - there was swimming and fun night out on the town.
