Weighted Ball begins October 27th at 6:00 a.m every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday thru the end of the semester. During weighted ball, players will do band work, shoulder ropes and weighted balls to increase velocity. The routine takes approximately 35 - 45 minutes. This is strictly voluntary.
Weight Training begins October 28th after school from 3:00 - 4:20 p.m. every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Players who are trying out for winter sports need to go to any and all activities related to that sport. Baseball workouts are secondary.
