Hello,
Belvidere is looking to Host an 8u Coach Pitch Tournament this year.
The Tournament will be held on June 16th and June 17th, 2012 at Hriczak Fields in Belvidere.
We (BYAA) are in need of parent volunteers to assist in running the concession stand which will be open both days.
Please reply and let me know if you can volunteer for any time either day. Your help is greatly apprecaited by all, especially the kids!

Concession Stand
Hello,
If you haven't done so already, please help out by signing up to work the concession stand for a portion of any home game.
The Concession Stand is our main fundraiser this year; the more volunteers we have to run the stand the more profit we make.
There is a calendar in the stand to sign up on, or you can email me back and I will add you. I have attached a copy of the remaining home games for this season.
