Super Strength Pro Bench Press Championships
May 2009
Venue: South Gallia High School, 266 Mercervill road Crown City Ohio
Format: There will be 2 rounds of lifting in wich each pro lifter will be required to preform reps with pre determined weight. There will be 3 weight classes the only purpus the weight classes will have is to determine how much weight each lifter will have to use.
the scoring will be done by overall finish not by weight class
195lb lifters round#1 270lbs round #2 300 lbs
245 lb lifters round #1 315 round #2 335
246+ lb lifters round #1 335 round #2 350
Awards will be given out by over all finish not by weight class the weight class means only how much weight you will lift. ALL LIFTERS WILL GET A PRO CERTIFICATE. AND A AWSOME AWARD I.E.BIG TROPHY, SCULPTRE, OR SWORD! 1rst place will pick his award firts and so on down the line 1rts place will also get a donation of anywhere from $700 to $1,000
If there is a tie 10 lbs will be added to the lifters last round, if there is still a tie the Judges commity will either go up in weight 10-15 lbs or down in weight each round there after.

LIFTERS ROSTER THAT HAVE ALREADY COMMITTTED TO THE PRO SHOW WILL BE ADDED.
There is a limmitt of 24 pro lifters 8 per weight class
**If you wish to compete in this event you have until Febuary to verbaly commit by e-mail or by sending a letter in the mail with information needed

Entry Fee starts at $100 and may go down depending on monitary sponsors the entry is so much due to the fact that awards and certificates will be of good quality or every entry in this event.
also the 8 lifters per weight class is not set in stone and we may just take the first 24 that committs to this Huge event.
****This event and its awards is subject to change if we donot get the early coomitments the cash prizes will be excited from the prize pack and the entry will go down to $45 from $100
