**ALL CAA PARTICIPANTS/PARENTS**
A parent or guardian must be at the ball field at all times while your child is practicing or playing. If you leave, you must take your child with you. The coaches are an all-volunteer group, they are not a sitting service, nor are they trained by CAA in first aid. Injurys, although rare, do occur. If a child does get injured, majority of the time, they prefer their loved ones, not their coach.
Mandatory for the 2013 Spring/Fall baseball and Softball Season.
For the saftey of our children, and the integrity of our Association,
** ALL MANAGERS AND COACHES MUST CLEAR A BASIC CHILD CLEARANCE/ BACKGROUND CHECK. **
To be on the field or dugout as a team participant, you must have clearances (this eliminates umpires) but includes scorekeepers. All Clearance forms must be turned in and kept on file by the organization. The Association will work with all individuals to assist with any questions regarding the Clearance Form process.
**ALL TEAM MANAGERS**
If your games are rained out, please make sure to notify your league president to set up another day for make up.

As a reminder, all parents, and or adult siblings of registered players are expected to volunteer working in the Concession stand, If you do not work your scheduled game, your child will not play until stand is worked. This is a volunteer organization. If everyone pitches in, it becomes easier for everyone involved. Also, if you happen to see garbage overflowed, supplies needed in the bathrooms, or just general clean-up, these are also areas that need help in maintaining the field and where volunteers are also needed.
