Food Lion Shop & Share Program
Shop & Share enrollment form
Chalkley Elementary Sports A.K.A Chalkley Athletic Association has enrolled in the Food Lion Shop & Share program. Each time you shop at Food Lion and use your MVP card, a portion of your total grocery purchases will be donated to Chalkley Elementary Sports Inc,. Please help our Association by linking your MVP card and shopping at Food Lion. You may link your MVP card by either completing the MVP customer sign up form and returning it to Carolyn Barner - 248-3868. You may register your own card by visiting the food lion website at www.foodlion.com. Once you are on the food lion website, go to the Lion Shop & Share section, click on register MVP card. You will be prompted for the following information ~ State: VA City: Richmond Organization Name: Chalkley Athletic Association.
This program does not interfere with the MVP discounts and no MVP product has to be purchased to participate.
