OPERATING PHILOSOPHY
The Chaparral Cowboy Baseball program is aimed at providing an environment that is dedicated to continuing our winning tradition. We will provide student/athletes with opportunities and resources to excel both on the field and in the classroom. We will establish a program that will represent our school, team, and community with integrity.
The main goal of our program will be to create an environment that is conducive to success. To do this, we will utilize all resources with the rules set by our team, league and the school district. We will strive to compete for the conference and state championship.
The baseball program will assist the student/athlete in realizing his potential. We will aid, in any way possible, those who will be continuing on to college and professional baseball. We will also help to recognize opportunities for those team members who choose to explore other avenues. We will strive to insure success for all those dedicated to the program.
As ambassadors of the community, we will conduct ourselves with professionalism and integrity. As a coaching staff, we will provide an honest and fair environment for the players. Finally, as a team, we will set a positive example for the students and community that we represent.
