Churchland Soccer League (CSL) is a volunteer run soccer program in partnership with the City of Portsmouth's Dept. of Recreation, Parks and Leisure Services; offering recreational, advanced level, and select (club) play. Our three-tier program offers continuous development for the individual player at all age levels.
