Matched up against the best competition SARC Adult Kickball has to offer, the WHALES prevailed as champions in the 1st Annual Winter Kickball Invitational Tournament. The WHALES suffered an early defeat against the Fun Bags, but then cruised the rest of the way, including a win over perennial Tuesday champion Spacklers. Led by captain Joe McGlynn, the WHALES pulled out a tight 1-0 victory over Just Kickin' It in the championship game.
