HENRICO COUNTY PARKS & RECREATION IS MAKING IMPROVEMENTS TO OUR FIELD - - NEW SIDEWALKS AROUND OUR FIELDS TO ACCOMODATE THE YOUTH AND OUR ELDERLY MEMBERS ALONG WITH PAVEMENT ON OUR MAIN PARKING LOT. ALL OF THIS IS A RESULT OF YEARS OF HARDWORK AND DILIGENT ADVOCACY BY MR. RICHARD PEEBLES, SR (SERVED AS PRESIDENT FOR THE LAST 7 YRS/CURRENT BOARD MEMBER, CL3).

NORTHERN BOUNDARY:
From the intersection of Staples Mill Road, State Route 33 and the Hanover County/Henrico County line travel SOUTHEAST along the Hanover County/Henrico County line crossing I-95 until you reach the intersection of the Hanover County/Henrico County and Sliding Road.
EASTERN BOUNDARY:
From the intersection of the Hanover County/Henrico County and Sliding Road travel SOUTHEAST along the the Hanover County/Henrico County lines until you reach Creighton Road.
SOUTHERN BOUNDARY:
Follow the Richmond City/Henrico County line NORTHEAST along Creighton Road to the intersection of Creighton Road and the Hanover County/Henrico County line.
WESTERN BOUNDARY:
Follow Creighton Road, follow the Richmond City/Henrico County line extending NORTHEAST to Brook Road. Follow Brook Road NORTH to Mountain Road. Follow Mountain Road NORTHWEST to I-295. Follow I-295 WEST to Staples Mill Road, State Route 33. From the intersection of I-295 and Staples Mill Road, State Route 33 proceed NORTH to the Henrico County/Hanover County line.

Proceed 4 miles to the stoplight at Whitepine Rd. Turn left onto Whitepine Rd and proceed 0.3 miles to complex entrance on the left. Go approximately 1 mile and make a right on Bailey Bridge Road. Go approximately 1 mile and Bailey Bridge Road makes a right turn (at the Crenshaw elementary school). Continue another mile to Manchester High School (on left). From North of Richmond: Take I95 South of Richmond into Chesterfield County. Exit north on 288 Interchange (towards Chesterfield). Exit on Hull St. Rd. (Rt. 360) heading East. Go approximately 1 mile and make a right on Bailey Bridge Road. Go approximately 1 mile and Bailey Bridge Road makes a right turn (at the Crenshaw elementary school). Continue another mile to Manchester High School (on left). Continue 3-4 miles until you pass The Shoppes at Bellgrade and make a right on Robious Road. Make the first right on Polo Pkwy, then first left on Robious Crossing Dr. Fields are located behind Robious Elementary School. From South: Take Courthouse Rd until it changes into Huguenot Rd. (changes name at Chesterfield Towne Center). Continue east on Huguenot Rd. (toward City of Richmond) until you reach Robious Rd. Turn left on Robious Rd., make first right on Polo Pkwy, then first left on Robious Crossing Dr. Fields are located behind Robious Elementary School.

Take a right and proceed 1/2 block and make a right on private road "Little League Lane".

Directions: Byrd Park, Home of West Richmond LL. From points North: Take the Downtown Expressway I-195 south and take the Rosewood Ave exit. On Rosewood (about a block), take a left on McCloy St. From McCloy, take a left onto Maplewood Ave. Maplewood Ave dead ends into Sheppard Street. The fields are right there. From Points South: Take the Powhite Parkway north and take the Maplewood Ave exit towards VA-161/Boulevard. Keep left at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto Maplewood Ave. Maplewood Ave dead ends into Sheppard Street. The fields are right there. From Points East: Take the Downtown Expressway I-195 north and take the exit VA-161/Boulevard. Merge onto Idlewood Ave. Turn left onto S. Sheppard Street. Fields are about a block down.

Chamberlayne Laburnum AA has changed its name to Chamberlayne Laburnum Little League. It's official..... we are now members of Little League Baseball effective February 2010.
No longer are we bound by Babe Ruth's school boundaries of only Chamberlayne Elementary and Laburnum Elementary...... our boundaries range from Brook Road to Creighton Road/Cedar Fork Road (bound by Henrico County lines at the Richmond City line and Hanover County line).
If you were a 2009 CLAA player/family member - it is safe to say you are ok. If you are a new player/family, please contact us at claa.baseball@yahoo.com to confirm potential membership. (A boundary map to follow soon)

Refund Policy
Refund Policy
CL3 will refund the registration fee minus a $10.00 processing fee as long as the refund request is made before tryouts. Requests for refunds made after tryouts will only be granted for special circumstances and permission by the Board. Under those circumstances, refunds can be made less the cost of uniform(s).
All requests for refunds must be hand delivered to a Board member or via email to CLAA.

CL3 - Field Cancellations & Closings
Notification of field closings:
CL3 will notify all parents of field delays and/or closings via the Calling Post and/or email as soon as Henrico County makes the decision and the Executive Board can approve the communication. Parents may also contact Henrico County Sportsline direct at (804) 501-5132.
