Volunteers Needed for 2010 Baseball Season
Coaches are needed for 2010 season. Contact JJ Pearson for more information.
We would like to invite players, parents, relatives, and fans to volunteer next season to help improve the league. Several Board Positions are available. Volunteers are necessary to keep things running smoothly. Without volunteers, the necessary paperwork and field maintenance, and important decision-making and quality coaching cannot take place to help your child develop into the player he/she is striving to be.

Umpire Crew wanted for 2010 Season
We are seeking 4-6 people with basic baseball knowledge to become a baseball umpiring crew exclusive to Clackamas Babe Ruth Baseball. Experience is a plus, but is not necessary. The only requirement is that you understand the ebb and flow of the game. Each individual is compensated for each game worked.

Bring Your Established Team
2010 Babe Ruth Birth Chart
Roster Size: 12 to 15 Players (Ages 13-15; determined by age on May 1, 2010)
Each Member MUST reside inside Clackamas Babe Ruth Baseball boundaries
Fee: $1500 (Spring/Summer)
Each team provides their own equipment, uniforms, and coaching staff
Regular Season runs April 5 to June 12
Team plays 12-15 Regular Season Games; (Very Flexible; will work around other schedules)
Teams may enter Babe Ruth invitational tournaments as a representative of Clackamas Babe Ruth (teams fundraise entry fee)
Trained Adult Umpires from an Association for all Home Games
Game Balls and Insurance Provided
Play on 90' Diamond with 60'6" Pitching Distance with Mound
Babe Ruth rules apply (very similar to High School)
Fields have Infield Grass
Minimal Travel (Majority of Games played in North Clackamas County/Portland Metro)
Each individual player becomes eligible for Tournament Team Selection (upon meeting eligibility requirements)
Tournament Teams are selected by age group (13-year olds play with and against 13-years, 14-years play with and against 14-year olds, etc.)
No additional Fees required by League to Play on Tournament Team
Tournament Teams play June 14 to at least July 28 (depends on number of victories and advancement)

Each player MUST reside in the following High School attendance boundaries:
North Clackamas School District (Clackamas, Milwaukie, Putnam)
Gladstone
Oregon City
West Linn
Centennial
David Douglas
Gresham
Sandy
Reynolds
Parkrose
