Youth Programs Rain-Out Policy


RAIN-OUT POLICY:
In case of rain on a scheduled game day, a decision will be made at 4:00pm. To find
out the status of a game, you may call 803-222-9493 from a touch-tone phone. If at all possible we will also try to post this information on the Clover Soccer, Baseball and Softball websites; www.leaguelineup.com/cloversoccer; www.leaguelineup.com/cloverrecbaseball; www.leaguelineup.com/cloversoftball; and make a posting on Facebook.

If there has been a decision to cancel games at 4:00pm, the recreation department will notify coaches. Parents may contact the coach, or the coach will contact the parents regarding cancellations. If rain comes after the 4:00pm decision time, then it will be a game time decision.
