CMFA WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL THE PLAYERS, COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS FOR THEIR HARD WORK THIS SEASON AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AT OUR AWARDS BANQUET.
CMFA Awards Banquet
Our annual awards banquet will be held on Sunday November 29th from 1pm to 4pm at the Star Walk Buffet Restaurant in the Rockwood Mall which is located at the corner of Dixie and Burnhamthorpe (4141 Dixie Rd).
The cost is $10.00 for players and children under 12. Adults are $20 (Cash Only Please). Envelopes with banquet information were passed out at practice last week and will be available this week. Please return the envelopes with your ticket requests to your coach or other CMFA official as soon as possible so we can get tickets out to you right away..
There is an all you can eat buffet, unlimited pop, coffee and tea.
We are looking to our CMFA families to help us with any donations that they can provide as additional raffle prizes. There will raffles for great prizes done throughout the event so please come ready to buy tickets. All proceeds go right back to the CMFA.
PLEASE NOTE, EQUIPMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE BANQUET.
CMFA MISSION STATEMENT
At CMFA our mission is to provide an environment for teaching the sport of football to all eligible individuals through a supportive, safe, family environment that fosters the development of the player’s intellectual, physical, emotional and social growth. It is our goal to accomplish this by providing excellent coaching, a focus on the safety of the athletes, and skill development in all aspects of the game. During this process the players can expect that the CMFA will provide each child with an opportunity to play to the highest level of their ability and to encourage our player’s to learn to respect the ideals and contributions of parents, coaching staff, other players, and the community at large.
CMFA Annual General Meeting
CMFA FOOTBALL WOULD LIKE TO INVITE ALL INTERESTED INDIVIDUALS TO ATTEND OUR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET INVOLVED WITH THE OPERATION OF THE CLUB, OFFER SUGGESTIONS, OR GET INFORMATION ON THE 2010 FOOTBALL OPERATIONS, MAKE PLANS TO ATTEND THIS MEETING. WE ARE LOOKING TO ADD TO OUR SMALL NUMBER OF HARD WORKING VOLUNTEERS.
