***OUR PURPOSE***
The purpose of Columbia Hot Stove is to build character, citizenship, sportsmanship, and basic fundamentals & general knowledge of the game of baseball for boys and softball for girls.
RAINOUT PROCEDURE
When it rains on game days, we will TRY to get the fields ready for play or at least have a better idea if they are playable by 4:00. Managers are encouraged to help get their field ready for play. Each team's manager knows how to find out if your game is still on. If rain comes after 4:00, it will be a game-time decision as to the games being played or not. We try to make a determination early enough so that the travel teams can call off the visiting teams before they get to Columbia. If your game is cancelled, your manager will contact you.
TEAM SPONSORS
Please take the time to click on the Sponsors tab to the left to see the list of sponsors that graciously sponsored teams in our league in 2012, some for years. Without the sponsors, the teams would not be able to represent our community. Whenever possible, please take the time to shop the vendors and help them out. Thanks again to our sponsors!!
COLUMBIA HOT STOVE WING NIGHT OUT

Thanks to everyone for making this new fundraiser a huge success!! A good time was had by all.
REGISTRATION DRIVE!!!

Our In House(T-Ball & Coach Pitch) rosters are currently being assembled and should be finalized soon. Managers will be getting their rosters and then will soon be contacting their players.
2012 BOARD POSITIONS AND ELECTIONS
October 20, 2011 – 07:30 PM
Columbia Hot Stove is still looking for individuals to become an active part of an organization that has been helping Columbia’s youth learn baseball and/or softball since 1954 and would like to volunteer their time to help this sound organization grow into its 60th year. If you have always wanted to help by doing more than coaching or just want to help the league remain a positive place for the kids to play ball, this is your opportunity to do so. We still have vacant positions on our Board for the 2012 season. If you have questions or are interested, please contact Sean Heidecker(236-9695) or Valerie Templeton(236-9288)for more information.
