Concord Hawks
Mission Statement
The Concord Hawks encourages and promotes competitive youth baseball. We pride ourselves on having a solid baseball program that teaches, supports and fosters leadership, discipline, communication, teamwork and above all, sportsmanship.
People say having fun is more important than winning. We believe that if you teach your players good technique and fundamentals of baseball, they will have fun - winning or losing. All kids want to win. Unfortunately, everyone can't win but all players should always strive for success.
GOALS To improve, both individually and as a team, as the season progresses. We strive to have fun playing the great game of baseball, represent ourselves, our families, our community, and our team in a manner that we can be proud of.
Take a few minutes to read about the Hawks and learn about our program of baseball, and enjoy pictures of the Hawks in action. Greg Aguirre
History of Concord Hawks Baseball
Concord Hawks were established in 1991 as a Pony Program. For eight years we were one of the top Pony programs in the area. In the year 2000 the Concord White Sox left Pony for a more competitive American Legion & USSSA Basball and changed our name to the Hawks
In 2006 we added our girls program, The Lady Hawks which has expanded to 4 teams and over 65 Players.
The Goal of this 11under program is to prepare our players for
Competitive Baseball.
We have alumni playing at High Schools all over the BAY AREA and have
a strong reputation with the Baseball community and High School.
