The Quarterback Club is Concord High's football booster club. The Club raises funds and organizes events for the players and families over the course of the season in order to provide necessities and extras for the players. CAMP WINAUKEE DOCUMENTS
This year, the football players will be going to Camp Winaukee. The cost to attend is $180, which includes all meals, drinks, snacks and football training.
Due to the fact that we purchased championship rings last year, we have extremely limited resources this year to provide scholarships (if any). However, we understand there are sometimes extenuating circumstances. Any scholarship candidates must participate in ALL fundraising activities. Please Contact Coach Brown for information.
Payment for camp is due NO LATER THAN August 13th (turn in to Coach Brown).
We will need some volunteers with trucks to help transport equipment. Speak to Coach Brown if you can assist.
Departure from CHS will be 8:45 on Sunday, August 17th. After the players are unpacked, there will be a parent meeting at 10:45, followed by a family barbecue at 11:30. Secretary Alyson Condict will be sending out emails with more details.

Pickup on Thursday, August 22nd is between 10:00 and 11:00. Players must be picked up NO LATER THAN 11:00, as another group of campers is coming in/leaving that day.

VIDEOGRAPHER NEEDED FOR VARSITY GAMES
Rob Bolton has served as our game videographer for the last several years. He is now serving as an assistant varsity coach, so we are in need of a new person willing to tape all varsity games -- both home and away.
Additionally, the Quarterback Club hopes to purchase an end-zone camera, and is looking for a second person to man the end-zone camera.

Once again, the Quarterback Club will be offering merchandise through Brine-ESC.
A Brine representative will be available at the Camp Winaukee Barbecue with order forms and possibly samples of some items.
A link will be open on the Brine website for player merchandise between August 17th and August 24th.
A link for general merchandise will be available between August 25th and September 5th. Additionally, the link will be opened again in November for holiday purchases. Stay tuned for more information.
At the barbecue, the team parents will be looking for volunteers for games at all levels.

PHYSICALS REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW PLAYERS
All incoming freshmen and any students in grades 10-12 who have not previously played a high school sport must have physicals on file with the Athletic Office prior to August 13th.
Team physicals will be held at CHS in the nurse's office on Tuesday, August 7th at 9:00 am. These appointments are only for those who are unable to schedule an appointment with their own physician. Please call the athletic ofice ahead of time to schedule an appointment.
BOOSTER CLUB MEETING
The next Quarterback Club meeting will be Monday, September 15th at 6:30 pm in the CHS cafeteria. All are welcome to join us.
