Rockford 1-Day Tournament
I fianlly heard back from a tourny I registered for a couple of weeks ago, we will be playing in Rockford on Saturday details to follow.

1. No Practice
2. Coaches meeting tonight at Mullets from 8 - 9
3. Need everyone to stop by Mullets during coaches meeting with your son, I have paper work for this weekends tourny, and cooperstown, should take no longer that 10 minutes.
4. Tourny info Game Friday starts at 5:15 need everyone there at 4:30 to 4:45, if you cannot make it to Mullets tonight then I will need you to be at game by 4:15. Uni info later today.

Below is what I recieved from tourny director, so please be prepared for changes due to the weather.
Coaches: Games begin today - just a reminder to not forget your paperwork - insurance / waiver and roster. ALL GAMES for today and tomorrow look to be good. Per the weather experts(?)....it looks like Rain on Saturday. As a back up, I have Benedictine University field for Saturday 4p/6p/8p in case it rains early and for Sunday - 8am/10am / 6pm/8pm. Just in case, be prepared for the change. Looking forward to a great tournament.
March Fundraiser
We would like to thank everyone who came out and supported the Crush at our fundraiser. Our event was a great success, and we owe much gratitude to those who donated their time and resources, and our friends and families. The boys are ready for a great season!
The party was a huge success and a great way to kick off our 2012 season.

Jacksonville Update
The Crush started their season today with two tournament games in Jacksonville. They lost both games, but it wasn't without some great play at the the plate. Against the Pleasant Prairie (WI) Predators, Frank Dizeo (220'), Chad Beebe (215'), and Jimmy Cozen (235') all hit homeruns. In their second game Jimmy Cozen repeated his feat with a 230' shot off of the Huntley Blue Lightning.
Sunday's game time is 10:00am.
