New registration forms and information sheet for 2009 season are now available. On the left, link to handouts. All files are in PDF format, so you will need Adobe Acrobat to open and view.
We anticipate fielding three to four teams this season ages 6 - 14 years old. Register early as space is limited.
Welcome To New Assistant Commissioner - Victoria Osborne
CSA Cheerleading would like to extend a warm welcome to the new Assistant Cheerleading Commissioner - Victoria Osborne. Victoria (‘Vicki’) Osborne is a former coach and cheerleader, have competed on nationally recognized programs as a youth and at the collegiate level. Professionally, she works both for a local government contractor and as a trainer, teaching a wide variety of subjects to the community including computers and first aid/CPR. She is the mom of 3 children, ages 17, 11 and 1, and lives in Germantown with her husband, Sidney. She likes to laugh, play and dance and is looking forward to working with our teams.
About CSA Cheerleading
It is the goal of CSA cheerleading to improve the well being of our athletes by providing area youth with the opportunity to participate in the sport of cheerleading in an atmosphere of fun, learning, and good sportsmanship.
In years past, there were powerhouse recreational programs in the area. These programs have since faded out of existence - and with them, the overall quality of cheerleading in our area has suffered. By providing a solid foundation of skills, positive attitude, and work ethic, CSA will become the new powerhouse rec program in the mid-Atlantic region. And we will increase the overall quaility of cheerleaders in our area.
CURRICULUM
CSA cheerleading will teach the fundamentals of the sport, progressing to higher levels of skill and competition as the children grow and move through our program.

Congratulations to the CSA 12 & Under and 10 & Under teams for their first place wins in Ocean City at ACDA Nationals. Great performances and an awesome job for their first ever appearance at a nationals event. GREAT JOB LADIES!! CONGRATULATIONS

Clarksburg Sports Association offers a comprehensive range of sports programs serving elementary, middle and high school families in the greater Clarksburg area public, private and home school environments. Programs are developed and implemented specifically to meet the Clarksburg community demand and are structured to include a broad range of sports interests and personal skill sets.
