Registration for the 2010 CSA Lacrosse season is now open!
REGISTER NOW FOR CSA LACROSSE!!! The CSA Lacrosse program has completed it's first season in spring 2009. Lacrosse is fastest growing sport in the US, and now it will be played in the Clarksburg Community! The program focus is on learning the sound principles of lacrosse, personal skill development and team building. No previous experience is necessary.
We will be fielding U15, U13, U11 and U9 teams. Teams will be formed based on demand and coaching support. Contact CSA regarding coaching opportunities today!
Age cut offs are determined by the age of the player by 12/31. So, for example if a player is 11 by 12/31, he/she must play at the U-13 level.
Teams will be formed based on community demand and require a minimum of 18 participants for each team. Practices start around March 1st (weather permitting) and games are played in April and May. Practices are generally 2-3 times a week. The cost of the program is $125 and participants need to provide their own gear which includes:
Boys: helmet, gloves pads, mouth guard and stick.
Girls: goggles, stick, and mouth guard
The CSA Scoopers lacrosse program is open to boys and girls grades K-1 (grade as of December 31). No previous experience necessary. The program focus is on learning the basic skills, rules of lacrosse and teamwork. Teams will be formed based on community demand and require a minimum of 18 participants for each team. The season runs from approximately April 1 to May 30. The program results in better conditioning while helping to build self confidence and having fun. Practices are held once per week and intramural scrimmages will be arranged. The cost of the program is $75 and participants need to provide their own stick.
Practice fields for all teams will be in the Clarksburg vicinity.
Teams will be fielded based on community demand and volunteer support, so step up and be part of Clarksburg history!
