About Us
The Chantilly Soccer Club (CSC) Storm is a girls youth soccer team that was formed in June of 2008. We compete in the Washington Area Girls Soccer (WAGS) League. Players on the team have birthdates on or after August 1, 1999. The Storm is professionally trained year-round by Todd Hamlin of Total Futbol, and we have a group of talented and committed players who are willing work hard and who love to have fun together. We practice in the Chantilly/Herndon/Centreville area and compete in local and out-of-town tournaments each year.

The Storm is always willing to consider adding skilled players who love soccer and are willing to work hard to improve. If you have interest in trying out for the Storm, please contact Todd Hamlin at twhamlin@gmail.com. If you have questions about the Storm, you can contact Todd or our Team Administrator, Mark Colonna, at colonnamark@gmail.com (or via phone at (703) 638-0600). Check out more about us on this website.
Meet our Coach
The Storm is proud have Todd Hamlin (supported by the staff at Total Futbol) as our Head Coach. Todd grew up playing soccer in the Chantilly, Virginia area and played at George Mason University. An excellent technical instructor, Todd has had success at the very highest levels, including being the Head Coach of an NCSL Division 1 Champion and being actively involved in consecutive VYSA State Championships of the Herndon (formerly Chantilly) Firecats as an Assistant Coach. He also spent two seasons as a very successful high school coach at WT Woodson HS as the Junior Varsity Head Coach, guiding his team to an undefeated first-place district record in his second year there. He currently holds a USSF "B" License as well as a NSCAA Regional Goalkeeping Diploma. Todd is also a Staff Coach with VYSA and the ODP program.

Storm Plays Well in OBGC Capital Cup
The Storm played in its first event of the 2011-2012 soccer year at the OBGC Capital Cup in Maryland over Labor Day weekend. See a full summary of the event under the "Headlines" section above.
Storm Pitches Shutout at St. Pat's Tourney
The Storm gave up exactly zero goals in three games in the SASA 2011 St. Patrick's Tourney. Unfortunately, mixing in two 0-0 ties during group play was not enough for us to advance to the finals. We did get the pleasure of defeating the group, and ultimate overall champion 2-0 along the way. Once again our defense and goalkeeping were more than solid. Now we just need to improve on creating and converting offensive chances. It was a good way to kick-off spring outdoor play for the team, and the girls look ready to have a good season (although maybe not in this picture).
Virginia Beach Columbus Day Finalists!
The Storm was able to come away as the Finalist in another tournament. The girls generated some strong offense, scoring 17 goals in four games, while only giving up 5. The team's ball control tactics lead to a number of good finishing opportunities and the players found ways to convert. Congrats to the players for a successful and fun 2010 trip to Virginia Beach!
Dulles Premier Division Finalists!
The Storm played 4 tough games in an evenly matched bracket at DNST over the August 28-29 weekend, and we were able to come away with Finalist trophies just as we did at the 2010 Virginian. Congrats once again to the girls for working hard and executing well. The Storm only gave up one goal the entire tournament!
Virginian Finalists!
Congrats to the girls for making it all the way to the finals of the 2010 Virginian Tournament Silver Division! After only giving up one goal the entire tournament leading up to the finals, the Storm finally fell in a thrilling overtime finals game. A great way to finish the spring season.
