GCFFA 2007 Summer Classic

CT Ravens finish 2nd at GCFFA Summer Classic. The Ravens lost a tough one in the event championship to the Rhode Island champion Silverbacks 26-14. The Silverbacks capped a dominant day by outscoring the field 86-22, defeating the Hamden(CT) Hurricanes and the Waterbury(CT) Stunnaz in pool play. The Ravens advanced to the championship by defeating the Southington(CT) Knights in overtime in the semifinals. Championship game Offensive MVP went to WR#2 Joey Jones Defensive MVP went to LB#14 Kelvin Riddle Overall team MVP went to QB#13 Mike Calivito
