Christmas Tree and Wreath Pick Up
Christmas trees and wreaths should be here the evening of Friday, December 4th at Barcelona Hills Elementary. We will call players that ordered trees and wreaths when they arrive (using the phone numbers you gave at parent night).
Please do not go to the pick up location unless you are contacted. We are hoping that most of you will be able to pick up your items on Friday night even though the original pick up day was Saturday.
If you cannot pick up your trees and wreaths on Friday, please let us know so we can make other arrangements. Contact Caren Blanda at jjbjconsulting@aol.com or Leslie Yeung at lesliejyeung@gmail.com if you have questions.
Varsity Practices in December
Varsity practices are as follows:
Wed., Dec. 9, 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm
Sat., Dec. 12, 9:00 am – 11am
Wed., Dec. 16, 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm
Sat. Dec. 19, 9:00 am – 11am
Please show up to practice on time, dressed for softball and ready to practice! And if you cannot make it to a practice, you must advise Coach Roger prior to practice. He can be reached at rogwill@att.net.
Christmas Trees from Capo Softball!
Help Capo Softball by getting a Douglas, Noble, or Grand Christmas tree up to 9 feet tall. Christmas wreaths and stands are also available.
Order one of these freshcut Oregon trees by November 20 and it will ready for pick up December 5 at Barcelona Hills Elementary (23000 Via Santa Maria, Mission Viejo, CA 92691).

Softball Practices and Scrimmages - November and December
There is no practice Thursday, November 12th, and no more practices in November. Practices resume in December (along with some scrimmages). Practice days will include some Saturdays. Specific practice and scrimmage dates will be announced through e-mail and on this website. Please contact your coach with any questions.
Varsity and JV Rosters Coming Soon!
Coach Roger (rogwill@att.net) is setting rosters for Varsity and JV this month (unlike previous years when team rosters weren’t final until January. Please advise Roger if you are not participating in the weekly work-outs due to another sport. New and returning players should clear any absences from work-outs with him to be considered for a team.
January Softball Potluck at Newhart Multi-Purpose Room
See you at Newhart Multi-Purpose Room January 20th at 6:30 p.m. for a tasty way to kickoff the new season.
Firewood Sale a Success
Thanks to players, family and friends who worked our Annual Firewood Sale Fundraiser at Modern Tree Service. Coach Bruce worked deliveries from before 8 am until 2pm, and Michelle’s dad Barry loaded wood the entire 6-hour firewood sale. Thanks to Boosters Vice President, Caren Blanda, who organized and ran this event. Your hard work made our firewood sale a great success!
