Posting for CYF Program Coordinator This is a CYF Program Coordinator position that reports to the CYF Board of Directors. This is a non-voting Volunteer position within our program. As the CYF Program Coordinator responsibilities would include: Equipment Management • Shall clean and inspect all equipment prior to upcoming season. • Prepare written proposal of needed equipment for the upcoming season of play. • Shall purchase necessary equipment upon approval of quorum vote of the Executive Board and based on available funding. • Responsible for the issuing and collection of all equipment for players and coaches. • Shall maintain appropriate paperwork for issue and collection of equipment. • Responsible for maintaining and reviewing the condition of equipment. Program Coordinator • Will provide scales, water, and other equipment necessary for practice and game play. And ensure that all scales are certified. • Field Preparation for all CYF Home Games. • Coordinate or perform announcing during CYF Home Games for all divisions of CYF • Work with CYF Board to manage game day schedules. • Work with CHS Head Football Coach, CYF President and VP to coordinate Youth Player participation during Football Season, and or special events. • Act as a Liaison with the Crestwood High School Athletic Director. • Secure dates with Athletic Director for season end banquets • Liaison between game day staff • Attend Board Meetings as requested for CYF. • Will serve in any capacity as deemed necessary by the board Personal Specification This position requires: Ability managing a busy workload during CYF Season

Registration for RETURNING players/cheerleaders for the 2012 season
Registration for RETURNING players and cheerleaders for the 2012 Season will be hitting the postal route on the 1st of April for returning players and cheerleaders. All pre-registration is due back by May 1, 2012 to avoid standing in line at sign ups. Registration for "New" players and cheerleaders for the 2012 Season!
Information regarding NEW Registration for the 2012 CYF Season
Open Registration for the 2012 Football and Cheer Season will be Sunday, May 20th from 12-4 PM at the Crestwood High School Field House. The program is open to ALL Crestwood students that will be entering 1st-6th grades in the 2012-2013 school year.
New Registration cost is $130 for the 1st child, $75 for the 2nd child and $50 for the 3rd and subsuquent child in the household. Please also bring a COPY of your child's birth certificate. Should you determine that the program is not suited to your child in the first two weeks, your family is entitled to a refund of $100.00. Please note that $30.00 is retained to cover the cost of the pre-order of your child's jersey or cheer items in which your child may keep.
The season will start with "Tuffy Week" Monday, July 30th. Crestwood Youth Football and Cheerleading is a member of the Western Reserve Youth football League (wryfl.com)
