D4YFL IS A YOUTH ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EVENT HELD ON COUNTY/CITY PROPERTY. ALL RULES REGARDING FIELD BEHAVIOR IS IMPLEMENTED BY THE COUNTY/CITY WHICH EVENT IS HELD
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY "NO SMOKING/DRINKING/CURSING" ALLOWED ON OR NEAR "ANY" OF THE FOOTBALL FIELDS, NOT EVEN IN THE PARKING LOTS OR BATHROOMS
**TEAMS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE UPKEEP & MAINTENANCE OF SIDELINES, & SPECTATORS AREAS. TEAM ADMINISTRATORS MUST ENSURE ALL TRASH (SODA CANS,SNACK PAPER, GATERADE BOTTLES,PLAYERS AFTER GAMES SNACK TRASH)IS PICKED UP & PLACED PROPERLY IN DESIGNATED AREAS.**
***ALL SPECTATORS MUST REMAIN BEHIND FENCING AREAS AT EACH FIELD AT ALL TIMES. ONLY BOARD MEMBERS, TEAM(PLAYER), COACH(ES)AND/OR TEAM PARENT/FIELD REPRESENTATIVE FOR FIELD TEAM WILL BE ALLOWED IN FIELD AREA----"NO EXCEPTIONS"!!!***
