Welcome to the Home of the Farmingdale High School Swimming Program.

With the start of the 2011-2012 school year, the Dalers embark on the 42nd year of their program's history. Over the years, the Green & White have celebrated many great moments, as well as outstanding memorable team and individual achievements, and we are confident that this year's teams are ready to make their own mark on the program's rich tradition!

In addition to keeping friends and fans up to date on the exploits of our current teams, over time, we hope this site will become a permanent home for the history of the Dalers Swim Program.

To all our current swimmers and divers, best of luck this season! To our alumni and friends, welcome back! Here's to a great season!
